If your font use is tied to branding, sales, or any financial transaction, a commercial license is mandatory. Examples include business cards, web banners, film titles, and even client mock-ups. And yes, distributing free promotional items still counts as marketing—license required.

I work for an advertising agency/graphic design firm. What are my terms for font usage?

For agencies with a diverse font requirement, our Professional Font Bundle is the top pick. It unlocks unlimited access to our entire font catalog. Our official uploads are restricted to platforms like dafont, 1001freefonts, fontspace, and occasionally 1001fonts, under the ‘Free for Personal Use’ license type. Acquisitions from other sources might be unauthorized uploads, potentially violating our terms.
